Follow these steps for easy installation:

• Open your bag of Bands Laces
• Remove old laces from the shoes you are installing Bands Laces in
• To install Bands Laces, insert one side of a lace's hook into the eyelet and pull the entire hook through
• Repeat on both sides of each lace
• Insert smaller size Bands Laces into eyelets towards the front of the shoes
• Work your way up to larger sizes towards the top of the shoe
• Repeat until the shoe is fully laced, and then repeat on the other shoe
• Slip on your shoes to make sure they are snug and comfortable with Bands Laces
• You may need to adjust the lace sizing depending on your foot size or type of shoe

Bands Laces are designed to fit with most tennis shoes and sneakers. They work fantastic with shoes like Vans, Converse, Nike, Adidas and more.

They don't work the best on shoes with complex or complicated lace eyelets or lacing structures.

Bands Laces come with 10 laces per shoe. There are 7 standard sizes that should fit most shoes and feet. Every pack of Bands Laces comes with an extra 4,5, and 6 size lace per shoe in case you need more stretch.
